Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 3, 2026

 

At Guided Recovery LLC, our goal is to provide you with the navigation tools and support necessary for your transformation. Because coaching involves both digital resources and dedicated professional time, the following policies apply:

1. Coaching Sessions & Briefings
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a 1:1 session (including the "Spike Camp" and "Trail Sessions").

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will be charged the full session fee.

  • Refunds on Completed Sessions: Once a coaching session has been conducted, it is non-refundable, as the time and professional guidance have already been delivered.

2. Digital "Packs" & Materials
  • Tier 1, 2, and 3 Materials: Because our "Discovery Kit," "Ascent Manual," and "Navigator’s Dossier" are delivered as digital downloads, these are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Initial Review: If you purchase a Pack and realize within 48 hours (and prior to your first coaching session) that the materials do not meet your expectations, please contact us. We may offer a credit toward a different service at our discretion.

3. Multi-Session Packages (Monthly Maintenance)
  • Unused Sessions: If you purchase a "Monthly Maintenance Pack" and choose to discontinue before all sessions are used, you may request a refund for the remaining unused sessions.

  • Calculation: Refunds will be calculated by deducting the full "A La Carte" price of the sessions already used from the total package price paid.

4. Extraordinary Circumstances

We understand that "Atmospheric Fog" and life storms happen. If a medical emergency or significant life event prevents you from continuing your journey, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to finding a fair solution, which may include pausing your program or issuing a partial credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a billing issue, please email brynsisk@gmail.com with the subject line "Billing Inquiry: [Your Name]." We process all valid requests within 7–10 business days.
