Welcome to Guided Recovery LLC. By using our website (guidedrecovery.co) and purchasing our coaching services or digital "Packs," you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before starting your ascent.

1. Professional Relationship & Disclaimer

Guided Recovery LLC provides peer support and life coaching services only. * Not Therapy: Bryna [Your Last Name] is a Recovery Coach, not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor.

• Not Medical Advice: Our "Wayfinding" and "Spike Camp" strategies are for educational and personal development purposes. They do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency (including suicidal ideation), please contact 988 or your local emergency services immediately.

2. Client Responsibility & "The Navigator’s Vow"

In the backcountry, the guide provides the map, but the hiker walks the trail.

• You acknowledge that your transformation depends on your own participation and commitment.

• You agree to provide honest information during your "Pack Audits" and "Trailhead Briefings."

• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being throughout the coaching process.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in Pack 1, 2, and 3 (worksheets, field manuals, and "Integral Maps") are the exclusive property of Guided Recovery LLC.

• You are granted a single-user license for personal use only.

• You may not redistribute, sell, or "re-trail" these materials for your own commercial use without express written permission.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are due at the time of booking or purchase.

• We use secure, third-party processors. Guided Recovery LLC does not store your full credit card information.

• Prices for "Trail Sessions" and "Maintenance Packs" are subject to change, but we will always honor the rate at the time of your booking.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your "Secret Life Inventory" and session notes are kept strictly confidential, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. However, we are legally required to break confidentiality if:

• There is a clear and imminent danger to yourself or others.

• We are served with a valid legal subpoena.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guided Recovery LLC and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services or your interpretation of our "backcountry" metaphors. You assume all risks associated with your personal recovery journey.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes will be handled through mediation before pursuing legal action.
